Question about fair play rule

I just finished up a 30 minute rapid with a guy. He blundered early, around the 7th move in. I had great position and he offered a draw. I declined it. Then he ran 8 minutes of clock. Every move after that he kept running clock. He ended up finally resigning with like 16 seconds left.

Anyhow my question. During this, I just wanted to see if he typically played like this (Taking Large Amounts of Time), so I creeped his profile and tried to open his last game. A "Pop-Up" came on and said I was violating the "Fair Play" policy. It said not to analyze during games. I wasn't trying to get and edge and didn't even think about it. So I'm kind of worried, will I get in trouble for this? Should I message a moderator and explain myself?

You should be okay. I had a similar message come up when I was playing Untitled Tuesday and I finished my blitz game super early, so I analyzed my last game before the next round started. Apparently this message comes up if you don't finish in time and the next round starts doing that countdown timer (even if the game hasn't started yet).

I don't like the wording of that message, but you should be okay.
