Hi, I am a beginner in chase, I won a game mine is white but I don't know how my queen checkmated opponent's king. Can anyone guide me please? And also why I cannot move king to it's designation boxes other then where it points too, otherwise I am marked red. I am attaching a screenshot

The two queens cover all the king's escape square and the f4 queen is protected.
