This is a game I recently played at an OTB tournament. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I'm not going to pretend I'm any sort of expert on the French, but it looks like you both played a solid game. Maybe you could have played f4 before Nf3, to allow you the e5 break move option (although it exposes your king a bit more)? Perhaps at move 19 you could have moved your knight b3-c5, which is a nice outpost, rather than exchanging pieces on c4? Then you could have chased his c4 knight away with b3 and tried to generate some sort of Queenside attack? I think both players' positions look pretty sloid though and I can't see too many weaknesses either way.
