I recently hit 1000 in Rapid (10 min) and started playing Blitz (5 min) to branch out.
My Blitz Elo is 380 and climbing, but I’m confused by the Game Review ratings.
In Rapid, my performance rating is usually 1000–1700. In Blitz, even when I win, the AI often rates my play between 100 and 600. I’ve also noticed the move classifications seem much more "variegated" now, with 'inaccuracy' , 'best', 'good' popping up.
Has the Game Review AI changed significantly since April/May? Is the new system just much harsher on Blitz games, or is it normal for the performance estimate to be 1000 points lower than my Rapid average?
I'm winning most of my games, but the AI feedback makes me feel like a total beginner again! Anyone else seeing this?
