Sweet game, well I don't know how to make constructive critisism in this matter, but it sure taught me what to do. Speaking of which, want to have a game?
Sacrifices!

If it had been me, I would have gone ahead and recaptured on move 6 with the queen, thather than doubling up the pawns on the f file(especially with my king un-castled kingside) - thats just my style though. I would have thought twice about removing my queen from her "happy place" on move 6 - especially with such a highly rated opponent, but thats still the choice I would have made.

Thanks for commenting! I had considered that for a moment but if I had captured with the queen instead, his bishop would've taken d5 and I would have lost some of my center. Also doubled pawns are not always bad. In this case having the g file open helped me greatly as early as move 17 and was essential to my attack.

Why underpromote for checkmate?
Is there a reason for it?
Of course, since his opponent didn't have the decency to resign earlier, you gotta try and make the win as humiliating (and stylish) as possible

Just because I could.
I would too.
I like the pawn structure on move 12. It looks very cozy and safe for black.
15... e4 was excellent, it closes the center, renders white's rook-queen battery on the e-file useless, and allows black to focus on the kingside.
18... bxg3! Appears to be a sound sacrifice.
Alternative: End of the game after 33. h4 there's another mate in 2.
33... e1=N, followed by
34... Qxg2 utilizing the pin against the rook.

Here is a game that I recently won by straying from my usual (more solid) play in favor of crazier moves including a couple sacrifices.
Comments and constuctive critisism are greatly appreciated.
