Irregardless is definitely a word. At least the dictionary insists that it is. What's interesting is that instead of it being used as originallly intended, the word is now usually used along with the phrase "that's not a word". Irregardless of whether it's a word or not, people wont stop using it.

Sometimes it's easy to be jealous, and therefore angry, about people who have done more or accompished more or have more than we do. Sometimes we might lash out in frustration towards that person because of that jealousy. Just remember we all have unique traits that make us who we are. Things that nobody else can do or copy. It might help to focus on those close to us or around us, and cultivate our relationships with those people, rather than be angry towards people we have never met and don't know much about.
