My bad. My solution is not mate since Black has Kg2. There’s no other way but to sacrifice the rook on g4 with Kg6 and if Kxg4, h3 is mate.

Quite an amazing solution. Giving the king an "escape square" and even sacrificing a rook there. Very nice.
