After 1 Ra8+ Kxa8 the pending mate on g2 requires only checks. After Qa1+ Kb8 there are not that many checks and Qa8+ only throws away the queen while Nxc6+ allows a Nxc6 response that defends Black's queen-side. That leaves the solution very obvious.
