Blunder,  more in terms of what I missed I in improving my position!!! Any suggestions..Nb5 is best attacking bishop, and if bishop doesn't capture my other knight. I will capture his bishop and when queen recaptures. I will play Ng6. Alternate ways are also good
Mistake! Time to do some development achieves nothing

Please help with explanations on move 9, 13(i have provided an explanation). And any other things which you noticed, for game improvement. Thanls

Hi. I think 9 was just hold the pawn tension and develop a piece. If dxc, then Bxc4 and your bishop has a long diagonal attacking the weak e pawn. For 13, the computer line was to trade queens which hangs your opponents good bishop, then go after it via Nxd5 discovered attack. Notice Nxd5 threatens a couple of forks. The exchanges give you a huge lead in development and exchange off your opponents good bishop for your bad bishop. A bad bishop is on the same colour squares as your central pawns or majority of pawns, so has poorer mobility. A good bishop is on opposite squares so is more mobile. Your opponents LSB is a poor piece. Exchanging queens and double ling pawns on the b file makes it even harder for them to get it out. I'd probably castle to swing both rooks over to the queenside and get control of an open file.
