Hi, here is a game I played as black on one of the USCF Tournaments about a week ago. Any comments and analysises are welcome! Smile

Nice game! good control... i like the early built pawn chains. Whites got some lessons to learn.

Where did you get this board? would love to post games like this too.

Yury

Thank you.

Hey, Stalkingwolf, it is easy to post a chessboard: there is a button on the reply board that looks like brown chessboard: "insert the position or game". Click on it and follow the directions.

Why did you wait so long to take his f3 pawn?

stalkingwolf
from what i see the f3 pawn was always being protected by the rooks until the very move he took it with his king... not sure if thats what you ment, but it was protected.
stalkingwolf
oh and thanks for the tip Yury!

Yes, the f3 pawn was protected, until the move 40. Rc2, which was needed to avoid pawn push on g2 which is kind of strong.

Note, that if 41...Kxe4 => 42.Rc4+ and 43.Rxh4 which I didn't like, but computer tells to take on  e4 and on d5 next.
