Engine says I blundered, and I noticed that the knights just kept harassing my pieces. How could I have stopped this madness? (I am black)

On move 8, it would have been easier to trade the bishop off instead of defending with the king, which makes it easier to be attacked. Once the two knights get into your position, it’s very hard to stop. At move 12, for example, I would capture the knight with your rook and then recapture with the king. A rook is usually worse than 2 knights, especially when they’re attacking. Also playing moves like h6 earlier helps to relieve the pressure. The key is board awareness, which takes time to grow. I hope this helps happy

Thanks man. Like playing this game live, I kinda knew I was in a diastrous position, I'm just not too knowledgeable to counter these encroaching attackers

The anaylysis usually doesn't help me realize my fatal errors, y'know just trying to become an intermediate player. Might take a while.

6...Bb4 holds on to the pawn you won.
7...Bxf4 shatters white's pawn structure.
8...Ke7?? blunders away a won game and is the decisive mistake. Just 8...Bxf4 is enough to win.
