1... g4 is a silly move, giving away a Pawn for nothing.
2... f3 is also silly, exposing your King. If White plays 3 e4, you can't take the Bishop because of Qh5# .
My suggestion would be to learn some basic openings and opening strategy.

I wouldn't recommend spending time for learning concrete opening variations just yet but learning the basic opening principles would certainly help.
Other than that just play a LOT to improve your tactical ability - this is the most important thing for a begining chess player. Of course if you have interest in it you can also solve simple tactical exercises. You miss several simple tactics like 12... Qxg5! 13. Nxg5 Bxg4 winning a piece with aproximately equal game (white has decent compensation of three pawns for the bishop).
Just keep playing and you will improve, do not be afraid to push your center pawns in the (early in the opening moves), you must learn to fight and control the center of the board. Forget the rook pawns opening, its a no winner
I think you have a strong interest in chess and you will get better!!!!
Here is one piece of advise related to the opening of that second game: knights are usually best placed centrally. If you don't believe just notice that a knight in the centre ( say f3) controls 8 squares one in the side ( say h3) 4 and one in the corner only 2. So clearly you should try to place your knights centrally in the opening (unless there is a very good reason to do otherwise of course) as from there they have the best chance to influence further actions.
I moved the knights to the side so they wouldnt deny the bishops line of site as they had a good view down the center and then I could move the knights more centrally after on a second move whilst covering the bishops blind spots.

If you want to do that, post them on d7 and e7, where they can support the center better.
I am Black.
