For the first one, i say Rac1... develops the rook, and, in the event of a queen swap, you get a rook on the 7th file.

Second one, i say go ahead and trade, then you get a free queen move while they shove their knight back to b8.

Third one... Either way, but i say trade, then you can free up the g8 rook.

I think these are all bad trades. In the first you are down a pawn and his extra pawn is passed, this is not a good endgame to trade into.

In the second you are in a bit of trouble since your bishop is pinned to the Rook, so a trade might look like a good idea but all you end up doing is giving him an extra tempo to develop the Knight.

And the last one doesn't do anything to help your position. That e7-pawn looks tasty though, doesn't it?

In the first, trading Queens allows black to un-isolate his Queen-Pawn and create a Queen-side pawn majority.  I'd avoid it.

In the second, I might trade bishops because although it allows black to develop a peice and gain tempo, it puts his Knight on a ralatively  bad square from which it will have to eventually have to retreat, plus it takes the protection off of Black's weak c6 square.  Whether you can captialize on either of these is a little less clear.

In the third, absolutely trade.  That white bishop has far too free a reign of the long diagonal to allow it to stay.
