Agreed. I'm not a pro by any stretch, but Qc6 threatens the bishop, protects c6 (and the loss of the rook) and forces the white bishop back into d3, e2 or f1, impeding development of white's pieces.
In general, the new analysis mode seems buggy and prone to errors at this point. I routinely get bad recommendations.
And I'm curious, did the analysis comment on how early black brought out the queen? There are at least two queen moves so far, at the expense of black's development of knights & bishops.
Understanding game review best move (specific circumstance)

Yeah, I ended up doing Qc6 which worked. I'm not sure if analyses are viewable to everyone, but here's the link: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/30592125893?tab=review
Analysis was definitely not a fan of my early queen movement; I think it was correct there. The last couple weeks have been the first time I've played chess with a mind to improving, rather than just passing the time, so the analysis has been largely helpful.
Thank you for your feedback!!
With black to move, game review suggested c6. Wouldn't this have just led to kxc7, allowing the knight to force me into check and then win the a8 rook?
