You've made the mistake of going to the end of the line. If you read the annotations, the draw offer was made (and accepted) after move eleven. The OP was showing why he didn't feel he could break through.
here is a very short OTB game that drawed because neither of us players saw how to break through that center-formation without ending up in a bad position, and I would love to know if there was any chance to do something. Enjoy!
