so many bad moves in one game. where to start?
Want to see a perfect example of a wasted lead?

2. d3. A bit of a weak, defensive move. This blocks your f1 bishop. It also allows black to play PxP PxP QxQ KxQ keeping you from castling, but I would worry more about black playing d4 and giving you a long term cramped position.
4. Nc3. You have just lost a pawn
6. Qxd8. Why initiate the trade of queens? You can play Bb5 instead.
9. Nge2. You missed an opportunity to just take the knight on c6.
14. f5. Why close the position like this? 14. fxe5 fxe5 15. Bg5+ looks very good for white.
Etc. the rest of the game.

On a more positive note, I'd say there's room for improvement on almost every move, though I admit the final stalemate is a climax
Dont get discouraged, playing a lot and studying a bit should do some good !

Instructive lesson--memorize that stalemate pattern and stay away from it! See also, Don't allow the Floobly by Dan Heisman.

on move 22 if you had gone Bc4 you could have traded bishop for rook and you would have had your rook on his back rank..could have started cleaning out his pawns at that point and really established an advantage

I think Loomis is right. You missed too many good moves in this game!!!
Lament my stalemate.
A shameful waste :P
