You don't say with which colour are you playing but black's on move 27. ... Re4? They lose the rook and the game in my opinion. And after 31. Nd6 black resigns?  Mate or loses the queen...

It's hard to ask for an evaluation that will include "plans" formed and not expect any of those ideas (missed or existing) to carry through in the game you are still playing.

There may be static advantages (pawn structure,  material imbalances, dangerous ideas for your opponent) you may not be aware of and if somebody posts something alluding to that, you will then be acting on new information.

I'm going to assume you had nothing but good intentions with this post, but why the rush? Wait for the game to end and re-post! :)
