It's pointless. Just move your pawn and he has wasted a move doing nothing.

Yereslov, 4. c3 is advantegous in less of a way of disadvantegeous.
Pros: Wins tempo by making the bishop retreat (1 tempo)
Cons: Nc3 is nice
4. Bd2 is acceptable, too. :)

Develop your knight with Nd2 later on.
Honestly, stop giving the bishop move credit.

Ng5 does not scare me at all. I've got an ace upon my sleeve (4...Bc5 normally gets the Fried Liver / Lolli players out of book and makes begginers think you overlooked the fork on f7. Anyways, against a white player who knows his lines, I find it difficult to win).

Apparently my combination at the end is easy to refute.
I still get a winning game no matter what. I just wouldn't want to play the more complicated position after 30. Kd1 fxg1+ 31. Nxg1 Be3 32. c5+ Kf8.
