what is your choice

I hesitate between the two plans, one is 20... Nb5, quickly remove the block of the diagonal, other one I most wanna played is Na8, Nb6 then Nc4, I believe knight on c4 will have more potential tactics. Finally, considering plan 2 costs 2 extra turns, I am not sure what will happen in white 2 moves, I played Nb5, and I want to know what will you select, plan 1 or plan 2, sharing reasons more better.

I don't like either plan. My plan would be to play 20...h6, and White will have to give up the pin on the f6 N one way or another. He can exchange on f6 (a positional catastrophe, leaving you in command of the dark squares), retreat to h4 (allowing ...g5) or retreat along the c1-h6 diagonal (allowing ...Nd7, unleashing your DSB and increasing the pressure on White's Q side).
