Hi IBPME--there aren't many options here; 1. Bxb4?? goes down in a bad way after 1...Qxb4+ 2. Nc3 axb2, when the rook can't be saved.  1. Nc3 looks somewhat better, or just any move that guards the bishop with the queen: 1. Qc2, 1. Qf4, 1. Qe3, etc.  White is worse no matter what though.
