What's white's move?

This is a game I'm playing with a guy in Texas, I'm playing white and I stupidly let him overpower me and now it's my move, but I can't see it. Suggestions?

I don't think it's ethical to ask for tips for an on-going game... so I'll just say this: Look at each of your pieces and ask yourself what their role currently is. You have many pieces of material doing effectively nothing.

Should have mentioned that I resigned the game.

Yes, resign is right: white is completely losing: a pawn down and inactive pieces. Black will easily win on the queen's side.

This game is full of inexplicable decisions. One example is 6. Nb5. Not only it undefends a pawn, but what is the point? What were you trying to do?

Similarly baffling is 10. Ng1. What?

Next is 23. Ne4, again undefending a pawn.

The worst decision of the game was to resign. Objectively white is losing, sure, but in practice the chances are roughly equal in a low level game. Resigning is a horrible blunder.
