well looking quick, your opponent hangs the bishop on move 8 which you missed and would have helped a lot. You lost your knight for a pawn on move 15 which just is a bad move and really does nothing for you. then the endgame you just got outnumbered by the amount of pawns. I'm sure one of the higher people will look a little closer and give some more useful insight soon

You missed chances to take pieces that were en-prise and also gave away material for no reason.
Before making a move, you should consider all of the possibilities.
Aside from the tactical slips, there seems to be no general plan of what to do, starting in the opening and moving forward. After e6 & Nf6 he plays Nc3. The obvious thing to me right off is to make him pay for playing d4. Why not 3...c5?
Instead, you play d6, which shuts in both Bishops! These little inaccuracies add up over time to a terrible position or dropped material.

Here's a game i had on fics...I was black
i was wondering where i really went wrong, i think it was when i castled but i dont know what alternatives i had
i also should've pushed my e pawn when he attacked it the first time with his rook
