It is good to explore pined pieces, allways look for them.

In this case I may give you another advice: the pin was not absolute, so black's knight CAN move. I looked seriously to the threat of 1.Nd5 Nxe4 2.Bxe7 Bxf2+ 3.Rxf2 Nxf2 4.Qxf2 and saw no harm. But that could be dangerous.

Also 2.Bxe7 Nd2 forks whites queen and rook, but once you move the queen black can win the exchange just temporarly, as his rook is en prise too.

What about pawn to b4. Open the B file and attack using the 2 rooks.

It's usually better to sac your opponent's material than your own given the choice -- Nd5 seems pretty clearly winning doesn't it? I think it wins a pawn and the exchange after Qd7, Qe8 or Qf8. Does black have any other options?

Nd5 is tactical but I think..Qd7 is good reply of that.
