Exactly how you played it, White gains the advantage after ...Bc6?? when previously Black had a solid advantage. It gives up the edge and the initiative with 17. d5! and the following moves. This is why the previous move from Black was a blunder. Worse is how this ends up opening the e-file (or threats to do so) on the uncastled Black King.

I was going through my analysis. Move 16 of black has been termed as blunder.
I can see that probably that move is not required, as it served no purpose? Anything else, which i am missing. Thanks
