Why did the black resign when he was winning?

So I really was curious about black resigning, I mean he could've easily won thanks to the blunders I made earlier. Since I'm a noob lmao. So any idea?

Idk.. once this dude sent me a chat msg saying he needed to have his dinner? And he just resigned.. so, maybe it isn’t as deep as you think it is.
