what move would you make if your white because its your turn...because its seems not much good options...

i was thinking of moving Ne5 too. im just not that good so i wanted to hear more from other players too.

Ne5 - looks good to me. Maybe Nbd2 or Qb3 are another options. White is better d4 is weak, exchange on f3 give white pair of bishops. But there is no real reason for resign no incredible tactical shot.
