I actually would recommend not paying too much attention to engine analysis.  The engine will tell you that something is a good move, but won't tell you why, and until you're much stronger (~2000), you will often be unable to figure it out for yourself.

An engine is good for spotting blunders and missed tactics.  Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend using it too much.

Here is a position that a chess engine will tell you white is winning, when in fact its a draw.

Capablanca has a great quote that applies today.  Just replace the word "books" with "engines"

Chess books should be used as we use glasses: to assist the sight, although some players make use of them as if they thought they conferred sight
