When white plays d4, IMO move order doesn’t matter. It´s just a matter of taste.

I haven't looked at many GM games, but the trend I see is for white to fianchetto the DSB first with the Nimzo Larsen Attack. In a game I just played, I was black, and white did the opposite. The game pulled up some GM games but with a different move order. So, I assume the answer probably lies somewhere in that black could do something where white would not want to fianchetto the LSB. If so, what moves would support this or is there another reason?
