From 1340 to 1445 I easily carried my elo when I played only like sometimes or 1 time a day. But now I have to prepare for a tournament and I play many games a day. when I play games on higher time control like 15|10 Im losing alot. I easily won game on 10min control. Now im even losing to 1200s. Please help me. Even after thinking Im making trash moves or the opponent gets better of me. Any tips?

Maybe the upcoming tournament is getting to your nerves and its affecting your play. Playing a lot of games doesn't necessarily prepare you for a tournament. You should stick to less games but spend more time in them both in the play and in the review.
I checked your 15/10 games, your clock in most of them don't even go below 10 minutes, some even ends at 16 minutes despite playing 40+ moves. If you're going to boot up longer time controls but play like you still have shorter time control, you will be at a disadvantage. Your opponent's moves, accurate or not, are bound to have more thought in them than yours, which make it feel like they are so strong and outplaying you. Don't give their moves too much praise just because there's some thought to it.
So, less games, but spend more time in each, both in the play and in review. I know people say opening is not that important at this rating, but you can invest time in studying your opening if you really want to play fast then take it slow later when it's more critical.
This one is optional but it works well for me and maybe you can try it too; A day before the tournament its okay to stop reviewing your mistakes and start reviewing games you are proud of to boost confidence in your play.
Goodluck on the tournament!

This may be tilt. When applied to chess tilting is "a state of emotional frustration and anxiety that can occur during or after a game. It often results from a player's inability to control their emotions and reactions to events during the game, such as losing a winning position or making a critical blunder."

You might've lost some games here and there, and experienced tilt. I will check your games.

Yup, you definitely experienced/are experiencing tilt. You have lost many games in a row. Tilt can be solved by taking a break for a few days or if u cant wait, hours. I recommend hours because of your tournament. And make sure to check for:

C - Checks

C - Captures

T - Threats

for both you and your opponent. This will help you win.

It can be super frustrating when your elo starts dropping, especially right before a tournament. I've been there too. One thing that's helped me a ton is using ChessMood. They have awesome resources and courses by Grandmasters that can really help sharpen your game. It's like having a coach who’s always there for you. Since you're playing a lot and facing issues with higher time controls, maybe check out their content on improving board vision and calculation skills.

Good Luck!

Thank you for the suggestion! I will check this out.

Everyone here is saying tilt but this sounds like classic chess fatigue. When I do rating climbs I only play rated once a day and I easily reach 1600. When I'm playing even just a few games a day my rating quickly dips to under 1500. When trying to perform at your maximum, the difference between your first game of the day and your second game is actually massive.

Now maybe tilt is also happening, but that's a side effect of losing from chess fatigue.

Should you go back to playing only one game a day? If you're main goal is to improve, it's fine to play through chess fatigue, you'll still improve while you're fatigued, but your rating will drop. If you want to preserve your rating, chess.com does mention allowing you to have a second account if you get permission: https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8568381-can-i-have-multiple-accounts

Hope this helps, good luck with your tournament!
