Brilliant moves are sacrifices that are best or good. The queen move allows white to capture the a8 rook.

You hung the rook, the other person did not take, and you hung the rook again.

It double attacks two undefended pieces?  Its probably a really great move that is now considered brilliant. 

I think great moves are on some sort of point scale and they lowered the standards for "brilliant moves" quite a bit to sell more subscriptions.  It was pretty good about 2 years ago before they made that change.  Now many great moves are considered brilliancies that really aren't deserving of that title.
