Why is this move marked Miss?

I thought “Miss” meant that you missed checkmate. I don’t see any checkmate that I can no longer play on move 5, as white.

“Miss” means you missed a better move

The difference between "Miss" and other errors like "Mistake" etc is that with a "Miss" it means your move wasn't bad exactly, there was just one move which is much better. A Mistake/Blunder is something like you hung a piece, while a Miss might be that you could have played a fork and didn't. In this instance the computer wants d5 because it's awkward for the knight and ends up opening the king up somewhat.
