can someone explain why is it brilliant, i had a different idea of this move.
Because it's a discovered attack on the queen that simply wins a pawn, and since your knight is hanging, it's considered a sacrifice. I had a similar one—a move that allowed me to win a pawn and recapture the piece, but with check instead of an attack on the queen: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/122775385786?tab=review&tab=review&classification=brilliant&autorun=true&move=26
i get it now, cheers
nice game
thanks
