why was this endgame winning for me

well i had played a fairly dominating game i feel... wasn't really ever on the ropes, seemed to have good control  and then i reach the endgame at 34. Nxb1, Nxe6  and even though im 2 pawns down  i still feel fully confident in dominating in the endgame...  but im not quite sure why

any enlightenment as to how i ended up winning while 2 pawns down would be helpfull...

Black has 4 pawn islands, 3 of which are isoloated pawns(easy targets). On move 35 Black should play ...Nc5 followed by ...Nxa4 eliminating White's main threat.

very true     so would you say the game was blundered away  (like chessmaster did Yell) or would it just have been an oversight?

if your asking me, a blunder and an oversight are about the same thing. Even at move 34...Nxa4 is winning for Black.

well it was a 10 minute game and they were hitting time pressure...  in their defence...   so  time pressure won the game for me essentialy?

if you look at my pawn structure at 25  and then move ahead to 30   you see drastic improvement...  i forgot how(if) i thought to do it though...

34...Nxa4 is the correct move. Once Black has two outside passed pawns, the best you could hope for would be a draw.

True, even with only one passed pawn it's in most cases a sure win.  Here, if I were black, I'd allso go for the pawn on a4. For white to stop the past pawn, white needs to move his king to the other side of the bord.  In end game, as i experienced it, you can't waste moves! The moment your a move behind you lose the game.
