Hi Nimzowitts. On Chess.com the easiest way to achieve what you want is to download the pgn file of an individual game or multiple games, and then open this file in the program of your choice for analysis.
Working wth Data bases.
Sort:
In Fritz, File/Open. At the bottom of the Open Dialog Box where it says Databases (*.CBH etc) drop the box down and select PGN Files, select the PGN file you want to open and click Open. The games in the PGN file will be loaded into a database. Double-click a game to open it and analyse.

Funky's method would work as CB/Fritz/Houdini etc can all read the same types of files. Alternatively, if you locate the downloaded pgn on your windows file explorer, then right click it, select 'properties' and there should be a facility in there to change the default program that downloaded pgns open with.
Ok. Does ANYONE know? I download my games from chess.com and the dialogue box says it will download into my ChessBase 14 program. However as I do NOT want to download said games into ChessBase 14, because said program will NOT allow a computer vs computer analysis, I try to download said games into one of my other Fritz 13 or houdini 15 programs. I am not successful in this endeavor and I SUSPECT it is due to chess base proprietary considerations of wanting a monoploly for their Database Program as opposed to THEIR own Chess playing programs! ANYONE have insight on this issue?
