The analysis says that Qa8 is good but Qxb6 is better. But if I had capture the b6 pawn then white can play simple a8=Q. I cannot believe that stockfish make such a blunder. I‘ve seen more such wrong analysis commentaries in the past.
They are very similar but Qa8 means the Queen is essentially out of the game. Qxh6 allows promotion but then black picks up the d4 and f4 pawn and will still be winning in the endgame.
The engine isn't wrong just might not be as comfortable to play as a human.
