Couple of notes:
Isolated pawn often offers compensation in the form of attacking on the kingside. After studying the Brain Fry Attack, I am convinced that it would extremely well in such a situation.
After Qxd4, White has a lot of compensation for the pawn - I wasn't worried about it much.
In your analysis of 13.d5, you do not consider 14...exd5 and black has the bishop pair with a slightly better position.
After 14...Nh5 I would most likely play 15.Bxe7. If 15...Qxe7, then 16.d5! gives black Brain Fries, and if 16...Nxe7, then 17.Bc2.
You are correct that Qd3 is better than Nxd5 on move 34. I just didn't want to give the computer any chances and decided to go into a simple 2-pawn up endgame.
