I recently purchased a membership for chess.com and started solving puzzles in the tactics trainer.
The next day I started playing some online chess games and ran into a situation with a very similiar setup as a puzzle I had encountered the day prior. I instantly recognize the mate pattern. It is a bishop sacrifice forced mate in 3 moves.
I was impressed with my newly found chess knowledge (because I have never sarcrificed for a forced mate ever.)
I am now content with my purchase of a chess.com membership.
