Yeah, you could plan out the entire game with enough lines. Though it would take so long that it is ridiculous. An advisable way to go about it would be to start it after the first four to six moves, this way the opening is pretty much set to preference and then see how much of you trap he falls into.

Yes. I wish I knew about conditional moves earlier though, it would have definitely helped in the past when I go on vacation or something.
I know about them, and yet still don't use them though. XD Unfortunately, this often results in me forgetting what the line I planned out was. But the other way to deal with it when you go on vacation is to just not. 
As usually as I can. However, there are some conditions that I must improvise.
How long can you go into a daily game with just conditional moves? I will be trying it and posting the game later.
