That is not just a puzzle for 800 elo. I was almost 2098 point at 1 point, yet I blundered that little puzzle of 3 move, some minutes ago. Makes you wonder, ey?

The poor sap was so angry at himself for having won such a terrible position that he asked for encore.

I was so amazed by my own powers playing so nicely that I made a stupid move out of sheer arrogance, and that is hybris-karma biting me in the end.

Usually when I put a game here, in this thread, it is because I have blundered away, squandering totally won games. This 1 is not one of those, nevertheless it hurts just as bad to experience even a win like this.

There are 2 scenarios, were you vindicate, me, by playing like a "champ" rather than the way I played like a ... you know what 🐒 and... they are both about winning in style rather than winning as fast as possible. This is a "Royal Greek Gift" where you are (White king) Menelaus and instead of giving up a "Trojan Horse" you force Priam to take Helen at the point of the sword...

and in case ... Priam takes Helen just as Paris did...
