Till move 16 he had no pieces, the only piece he had was the king.

I checked the game review and the closest was 98.1.

NEVER take chesscom reviews ultimately. The engine on chesscom (and lichess) is not competent on higher level. It is restricted in-depth. I proved it in the analysis of my games so many times. All of a sudden once you play the move previously discarded by the engine is the best one. Stronger players will confirm this.
