1.f4 was a mistake
No it’s not
1. f4 is for the bird's. It's not played at high levels for good reason.
Because if black plays e5, then it is a quick mate in 5 with fxe5 d6 exd6 Bxd6 Nc3?? Qh4+! g3 Qxg3+!! hxg3 Bxg3#. However, if white plays something stupid after 1. ..e5, such as g4, it is mate in 1 with 2. ..Qh4#
weird move order, but a stonewall attack...
I quit playing it as white and want to quit as black. it's too hard to get one's pieces active with it. it's generally a slow and strategic line. not this gambiteer's cup of potent italian grapefruit soda (because I don't do tea!)

Would like to congratulate you, as that, in my eyes, was a really decent game.
Stockfish, of course, was being a cry baby and called out one inaccuracy, but apart from that, good game mate.
I played a game in which my opponent blundered everything! I mean everything.
Till move 16 he had no pieces, the only piece he had was the king.
I checked the game review and the closest was 98.1.
Damm I was a very bad game for my opponent.
NEVER take chesscom reviews ultimately. The engine on chesscom (and lichess) is not competent on higher level. It is restricted in-depth. I proved it in the analysis of my games so many times. All of a sudden once you play the move previously discarded by the engine is the best one. Stronger players will confirm this.
However, here is my 76 moves game performed at 100% by both of us, me and my opponent, at least according to chesscom-restricted-in-depth-engine
