I beat a player with 0.2 seconds left

ok this is probably going to be very anticlimactic because it was a normal chess game but at the end we both did random moves because we both had intense time pressure. and it ended with me winning with 0.2 seconds left. but yeah it was a bullet game and sadly, thats how most of these games end. dont judge me, i know played this terribly and just wanted to show it because i liked how it ended.i know i'm down a rook and a bishop for a pawn, but that's because i "sacrificed" them. no, i did not blunder them to time pressure, i "sacrificed" them on purpose.

anyways i just wanted to show that and i dont know why i wrote a huge chunky block of text. ok bye

nice win

On Lichess, I've won games with less than 0.1 second on the clock. That's because premoving is instant, like it should be.

Unfortunately, on this site, I've been forced to draw positions like this, because I had 0.2 seconds on the clock and every premove takes 0.1 seconds:

Congrats on your win though!

And no, I don't judge you for flagging your opponent. That's actually a completely valid strategy in bullet games. There's nothing wrong with attempting to flag your opponent by purposely making some suboptimal moves, just to waste their time.

But you can only premove one move at time over there, right? Here you can chain up to 8 premoves in a row.

What's the difference between a "sacrifice" and a sacrifice (without quotes)?

He´s just joking around. He means he blundered.

yeah, kind of a mix between a sacrifice and a blunder. it would have been a blunder in any other circumstance, but in this game it helped me win on time

not to be a buzzkill douche but isn't that like normal? i've done it plenty of times both by flagging or checkmating.... also lost a few like that as well...

wk_18

yeah, to be honest i expected a forum full of people who have the opposite reaction as you... i guess that is what the chess community has come to
