well his play wasn't totally unfounded. After Nd5, Nxd5 , exd5 he probably saw Na5. but didn't look far enough to see my dxe5 after Na5 which creates a nasty pin on his queen. So he saw that Na5 wouldn't work and moved his knight back.
Anyway, i'm not saying my opponent played well. I've just always found it neat how pawns can move up the board by zigzagging
I always love it when two pawns instead of simply moving up, are able to switch positions by taking pieces. That is for example the e pawn takes a piece to get to the d file, while the original d pawn takes a piece to get to the e file
This game has a double pawn crossover that demolishes the opponents center. If you don't understand what this is, just look at the game and you'll see
