My first regular-rated OTB win against an expert

This was round 3 of the US Open last week. Time control was G/60 d5.

I blunder a pawn early on, and eventually invite him into a pawns-only endgame with me still a pawn down. But it was a mistake for him to accept that invitation! I manage to use the opposition to first win his extra pawn and then infiltrate his position with my king.

Pretty much any queen move wins but that was thrown away after 45...Qg3+

Yep. I'm guessing that on move 45 he only calculated far enough to see that he could delay my king with ...g5 and protect his passed pawn with 49...Ke5, without realizing that he'd then have to back up (twice!) due to zugzwang. And the zugzwangs aren't easy to spot when my pawns aren't even on g4 and c4 yet.
