Just out of curiosity how did you achieve such a fast raise in rating? Did you have a coach and/or read books/follow study plans or was it just a case of playing and watching others play?
Oh, bullet chess. I thought you were talking about real chess.
I note that you won your most recent game ON TIME.

I guess he just played a lot.
How come you are the same rating as me and have lost more games than you have won?

hes younger than you(seeing as ur 115 yrs!)
That's incredible, 900 ELO difference is awesome, what books have you been reading? Any articles? How many games do you play in a day? Any coach?
When you have a high online bullet rating and a low fide otb rating it only means you are fast , but not very good at chess ... bullet and blitz alone will not make you a strong chessplayer .

Actually it takes a whole lot of skill to be very strong at bullet or blitz chess.
This is a skill neither Reb or I have.
No it doesnt ponz unless you believe a 1700 OTB player with a 2100 bullet rating has a lot of skill .... they are just fast .
Unrated games most likely. If you look at a lot of people's records, they might be 1800-2000 rated but have losing records. If all those people played rated games only I'm sure their ratings would be considerably lower. Just one reason online ratings don't mean a thing IMO.

I refuse to play bullet. Its mindless wood pushing with absolutely no strategy. I really don't see the point in it.

There are at least 8 types of chess
1. blindfold
2. bullet
3. blitz
4. chess.com corresponence
5. ICCF correspondence
6. over the board rated USCF/FIDE
7. chess.com slower time limits
8. chess 960
It takes a lot of skill to be very good at any of these.
What some people do is to pick the one they do best and disparage players who are good in other forms of chess.
