Those games do not disprove the idea in the least. First, understand carefully what I wrote. I did not say that moving the f-pawn in the opening is always losing, just that it is often an ingredient in disaster. Certainly there are openings that feature moving the f-pawn and it's no problem. Second, I looked at games where Marcos wins and simply put his opponent's play like garbage.

Well if we are talking about short games with a Queen sacrifice and a checkmate then check one of my earliest games on chess.com out. I always wanted to play this variation my entire life and noone ever fell for it......until i joined here!
