Why does it say ICC above the games?

It says ICC because I entered the games into ICC and then saved them to pgn using icc's client. I should have edited the pgn files to avoid confusion.

Hi everyone. I just became a chess expert again! I had been rated slightly below 2000 for a while due to being a bit rusty at chess and playing in some events, but now I am once again rated over 2000, in fact, 2007!
The tournament took place in Omaha, Nebraska, and there were some decent players there including one player over 2000 and several above 1900.
What's a tournament description without games? Here's the games I played! If you notice anything about them, like if I missed some crushing tactic, please let me know! (However I abhor computer analysis so make sure you find it yourself!)
