This was an otb game I played tonight, first in quite a while.  I felt pretty good about it, beating a player who on paper should have killed me.  I thought I'd share it with you guys.  I hope you find it instructive, and let me know what mistakes you might find for both sides and my analysis.

I like the 6...c5 line a little better than 6...e5.  Here is one game I played with the 6...c5 line in the King's Indian.

Certainly bears a striking resemblance to the structure I use, doesn't it?  I usually try avoiding castling early in the closed kid, and your game seems to reaffirm that decision in my mind :)
