Hannahdog22, your chess club's president's main mistakes in that game were in the opening. 7. e5 was a mistake and wastes a tempo. He should have developed his piece instead with 7. Be2. 13. Bh3 was a blunder as it drops a piece. He should have played 13.Be3 instead as it keeps pressure on the g- and h- pawns for if 13...gxh5, then 14. Bxh6 attacks the pinned bishop on g7
