Instead of making excuses for a move that loses a piece (5. Nxe5??), why not just stipulate that the CORRECT move for White was 5. h3 :
This is a well known trap. Managed to pull this one on some guy in a lichess tournament.

You missed 14.Rxa6 Qe7 15.Rxa7, followed by Qa6+, winning.
Also 17.Qxa6+ Kb8 18.Qxa7#. Or if you want to be cruel, 18.Nc6+
Just a little longer than a quickie, but not long enough for a full game I suppose. Enjoy
