I did. I much prefer queen's pawn games.

What's the point of taking with the queen first?

I took with the bishop first.

I meant in the puzzle, to solve it you must take with Queen first which makes no sense to me.

Well it makes just as much sense as taking with the bishop first. There's no difference at all.

But it's cooler with the queen.

 yes it is, and its sister the QID.  the QGD is tourture as is the slav Botvinik and Meran variations.  that KID is also a hum-drum way to waste a good chess game.  oh cant forget the QGA... BORING!    (I love 1.d4 i dont play anything else)

14. Bxc4 wins at least a pawn and will soon shatter blacks pawn structure.
